These terms govern your use of this website and any purchase you make from NeuroPulse. By placing an order you agree to them.

1. About the products

NeuroPulse sells electrical muscle stimulation (EMS) wellness devices for personal, non-professional use. Our products are wellness and relaxation devices. They are not medical devices and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition. Statements on this site have not been evaluated by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

2. Safety — read before use

Do not use this product if you have a pacemaker, defibrillator or any other implanted electronic device; if you are pregnant; or if you have a heart condition, high blood pressure, epilepsy, cancer, deep vein thrombosis, or metal implants in the area being treated. Do not use on broken, irritated or numb skin, or while driving, bathing or sleeping. Keep out of reach of children. If you are under medical care for any condition, consult your physician before use. Stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort.

Nothing on this website is medical advice. Always follow the instructions included with the product.

3. Orders and pricing

All prices are shown in US dollars and may change without notice. We make every effort to display accurate product information, prices and availability, but errors can occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we may cancel the order and refund you in full. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order.

4. Payment

Payment is processed securely by our payment providers at checkout. We do not store your full card details on our servers.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy, and returns, refunds and warranty by our Refund Policy. Both form part of these terms.

6. Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your state, to purchase from this site.

7. Intellectual property

All content on this site — text, photographs, graphics and the NeuroPulse name and logo — belongs to us or is used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without written consent.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeuroPulse is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or this site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product. Some states do not allow certain limitations, so some of these may not apply to you. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and of the state in which the business operates, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

10. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies.
